Whether you are new to coaching or looking to strengthen an existing club, this online workshop is designed to equip parents and club leaders with practical tools, strategic insight, and greater confidence in coaching successful debaters. Led by two seasoned homeschool debate coaches with over 20 years of combined experience, this two-evening intensive will help coaches better understand how Team Policy and Lincoln-Douglas debate rounds actually work, what skills matter most in student development, and how to help students grow into more thoughtful, persuasive, and strategic communicators. Join us for practical insight, encouragement, and real-world coaching wisdom from leaders who have spent years teaching and building debate programs.

Louis and Hillary Kolssak have spent more than a decade teaching and coaching Team Policy (TP) and Lincoln-Douglas (LD) debate in the homeschool community. As longtime club leaders and coaches, they have worked with hundreds of students ranging from novice debaters to Regional and National champions. They are passionate about equipping students, parents and coaches with practical skills, strategic insight, and confidence in communication and debate.
