Synopsis: Princess Camilla is said to be plain and unremarkable, but in truth, she is beautiful and kind-hearted. To ensure that she finds someone who loves her for her character rather than her looks, the Royal Advisors devise a clever ruse: Camilla will pose as her maid, Dulcibella, while Dulcibella pretends to be the Princess.
Meanwhile, Prince Simon, also under disguise, arrives at the court. Neither he nor Camilla know the other’s true identity. Through a series of comical misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and witty courtly banter, the two ‘ordinary’ people begin to fall in love.
The King and Queen, along with their Chancellors, Royal Advisors, and the loyal attendants, provide humor and guidance, while the plan tests whether true affection can rise above appearances. In the end, the disguises are revealed, and Camilla and Simon discover each other’s true selves — proving that love and character are more important than outward beauty.
