Cost: $150 (early bird, $175 after July 1)
Location: Newfoundland, NJ
Description:
Day 1 (9:00-5:00): Through hands on activities in just one day, you will gain input and learn new tips as you develop your communication skills. Learn the power of persuasion, how to grow in Limited-Prep speaking and dissect practical ways to look at Interps. Mrs. D will bring students on a journey- exploring different types of speeches, delving into the process of effectively executing ideas. Students will learn how to connect with and engage their audiences. This camp is specifically geared to students who are seeking to thrive and are open to new ideas of how to do things.
Day 2 & 3 (9:00-4:00): Ethan Tong and Kaleb Koch will be co-teaching a two-day advanced TP/LD camp, covering topics from advanced research to advanced rebuttal techniques to honing your cross examination questions and answers. They’ll explain that debate is not just about sounding good to your peers, but sounding good to judges. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to hear from coaches whose students have routinely placed at the regional and national level.
* Please note – This is not an entry level camp. We strongly recommend attending a Jump Start Speech Camp or one of our Online Principle Debate Camps to begin your journey.
