You may use this form to register for the Fox Valley Talk Fall 2019 Practice Tournament. This form will allow up to 4 student registrations on a single page. If you have more students to register, please simply register more than once, starting over with the 5th and subsequent students.
We ask that each family bring at least one judge/chaperone. The more judges we have the more feedback for our students.
We reserve the right to cancel a category, or combine event categories.
There will be no penalties for script use.

For each debate event, add $20. For each speech event, add $10. If the cost exceeds $50 for a single family, please just pay $50.
