Please complete the ENTIRE form to register for the EverReady Practice Tournament. Please complete only one registration per family.
PARENTS PLEASE READ: A Parent (or designated chaperone) must be onsite for the entire tournament. Parents must be present in case they are needed by their student(s) but also so we have enough judges to provide our students good feedback. Please come to the tournament prepared to judge several events.
Please Note: Events will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis until registration closes on at 11:00 pm on Friday, November 16th. All event requests will remain in a pending status until the confirmation list is published. No refunds will be issued after registration closes, unless all requested events are already filled.
Based upon expected participation, we hope to accommodate the vast majority of event requests. We are planning to publish the confirmation list on or shortly after November 19th. Thank you for your support and participation.
